COVID Safety Protocols
Dancers will wait outside until instructor lets them in the door. The front door will be locked during each class.
Dancers must wear masks when entering the studio but can take them off to begin class.
No parents are permitted into the studio. Dancers who are 6 and younger may be escorted into the lobby by a parent. We ask that you wait in your car or feel free to run an errand or two for the duration of class.
Only one parent per dancer for My Shadow and Me Classes.
If your dancer needs you for any reason I will text/call you.
Hand sanitizer will be distributed to all dancers when entering and exiting the building.
We have marked out socially distanced squares in the studio for dancers to stand in.
There is a maximum of 8 dancers per class.
Please have your dancer use the restroom before coming to class.
The studio will be sprayed down between each class
What if there is another shut down?
-Take a Bow Dance Center will follow all mandates set forth by government officials. In the event that we have to shut down for a period of time again we will put a hold on all classes and tuition payments.
We will explore online/outdoor learning at that time.
What if someone in the studio tests positive for the virus?
- Should a student/teacher or immediate family member of a student/teacher at Take a Bow Dance Center test positive for COVID you will be contacted immediately. The dance studio will close for 48 hours.
I ask that you be honest and reach out to me as soon as possible to let me know if there has been an exposure in your household. Please keep dancers showing any symptoms of a cold home. This will be a scary cold/flu season coming up and we want to take every precaution possible.
What about make up classes?
-You can make up a class at any time so long as there is availability in a different classroom. Please see me if you need to do a makeup class.
What if I want to drop out of classes?
-You can drop classes at any time. You need to give me a minimum of two weeks’ notice (by the 15th of the month) if you are going to drop a class in order for me to stop tuition on your account. Giving less than two weeks’ notice will result in one additional autopayment that will not be refunded.
